ShockDrain 580 Diamond P.A.D. is a shock pad for artificial turf fields, engineered from Thermoplastic Elastomers Polyolefin Composites (TEPC) — a 100% recyclable material that meets the most stringent regulatory standards.

ShockDrain 580 Diamond P.A.D. is built with the demands of real field conditions in mind. From installation day through years of play, every design element works to protect the field, the turf, and the athletes on it.

Unlike standard shock pads, ShockDrain 580 features a honeycomb structure that delivers exceptional sub-surface stability — sturdy enough to support construction traffic directly on top of the pad during installation. Expansion and contraction joints absorb pad movement across varying heat cycles, while patented cooling chambers on the surface help lower field surface temperatures. Pre-applied pressure sensitive adhesive secures lateral panel junctions, and inlaid panel junctions ensure transparent seams with no lines visible through the turf. As an artificial turf shock pad designed for long-term performance, ShockDrain 580 also incorporates flex control ridges to minimize turf abrasion and wrinkling during infill operations, and horizontal ridges that improve interface friction between the turf and pad.
