Q&A
Why did you choose an En-Plast pad?
The products lateral drainage rate combined with the additional safety and performance that enhance the turf system selected. Selected to correct a non-draining permeable base for the turf replacement project for our clients. After reviewing multiple other options, the En-Plast pad was the most cost effective and highest performance product for our selected turf system.
Would you specify En-Plast’s pad on future projects?
Absolutely.
Did the En-Plast pad perform better during installation under windy conditions?
Yes, the product allowed the crews to continue work with the heaviest of wind conditions. The rolling out of the product, the joint connection and weight make it ideal for allowing the crews to install more pad under the environmental conditions that are faced daily on the field.
Was repurposing SBR rubber, Plastic Bottles and Polyethylene bi-products important to the consumer?
Yes! It is the only product that today can be sent back to the extrusion facility and made back into itself. It also incorporates components from old fields at their manufacturing facility daily. It directly impacts a replacement project and waste from manufactures daily which is the direction the Industry needs to head towards. En-Plast has the ability to turn fields into pads, today. This technology will help change the way future fields are built.
